Long term vision is key in long term planning, strategic management, change management and leadership based outcomes. 

Developing vision requires many facets and assets and it's does requires seeing and achieving things which others can't do or see or image. 

Visionary approach is required to transfer, transform and translate the goals to reality.

A company with a clear cut vision is far better than many others without one. Almost all successful business organisations had great visionary leadership, may it be Cisco, GE, Microsoft, Nvidia, Google etc. Almost All silicon valley organisations are focusing on long term vision and futuristic global prosperity via good products and services. 

Training in leadership must incorporate visionary mindset and business etiquettes with pragmatic personal branding.
