The UPSC announced a total of 45 specialists -- 10 joint secretaries and 35 directors/deputy secretaries -- will soon join key posts of joint secretaries, directors and deputy secretaries in different central ministries.
Indian organizations & red tape, political brass, intelligentsia, academia, white collar professionals, blue collar workers, support staff, volunteers & voters must stand to the test of the time; they must be awake to the requirements of Amrit Kaal, Viksit Bharat & India at 2047 Mission. The need of the time asks for partnership & social contract between state, private sectors, workers & the general public.
It is the time for the national renewal, national recalling, national ethos, Indian knowledge system, Indian Vedic system & Indian management mantras to scale the GDP to soar to the leading developed economy working for all sections of society & across all political ideologies & economic doctrines. It is the time for unity, unified commitment, working towards fundamental duties, establishing trust with society & envisaging a larger public good.
The move by the state to include private sector specialists into the administrative system is a good move & empowering merit in a fast changing world. The merit based system should include best minds, best systems & best global practices to empower the nation with best services & economy for one & all.
